Believe it or not, the weather pattern has actually been ideal for CT snowstorms this month. However, we only have about 1-5" to show for it. Things have just not panned out, our rainstorm from Friday dropped 20-30" of snow in much of Central New England. Unfortunately for snow lovers it looks like the ripe pattern for snow will be wasted for us as a monster storm coming from Canada will bring a Major Blizzard to the Great Lakes, a mild rain for us, behind it a quick shot of arctic cold for Christmas. Temperatures will slowly moderate back above normal for the New Year. Unless we get a rogue snowstorm that sneaks up on us, it looks like we will wait until the New Year for an actual CT snowstorm.
