Snowstorm " # 2 " is set to arrive Saturday late evening after 7pm, snow will quickly become heavy at times between 10pm and 2am. Sleet and freezing rain may mix in at times across the immediate shore and SWCT. Snowfall rates during the peak (10pm-2am) may reach 2" per hour, making travel difficult. Snow will taper to light to moderate in intensity until it finally ends by 8am. Mixing may keep accumulations down along the immediate shore near the NY state border (5" or so). While areas just inland will likely see 5"+ of snow with some towns picking up double digits.
